Contact
The publisher's legal entity is not yet published, and the only contact channel is the editorial address shown below. No reply time is promised.
The contact channel
Editorial contact: not published yet.
That line is generated from the site's settings. If it reads "not published yet", there is at present no working address, and this page will be updated when one exists. No postal address, phone number or social media account belongs to this site.
Who publishes the site
The legal entity that publishes BetSmart Kenya has not been published yet. This page will name it once it is. Until then, treat the site as an unsigned reference work and check its claims against the sources it cites.
What to write about
- A wrong number or a wrong section reference. Give the page address, the sentence and, if you can, the source that shows the error. The process is on the corrections page.
- A calculator that returns a wrong result. Give the inputs you typed and the output you got.
- A law or regulation that has changed. A link to the official text is the most useful thing to send.
What this site cannot help with
BetSmart Kenya is not a betting company and has no access to any account, bet slip, deposit or withdrawal. A dispute with an operator goes first to that operator's customer care centre, which regulation 9 of the Gambling Control (Conduct of Gambling Operations) Regulations, 2026 requires every licensee to run, and unresolved matters are referred to the Gambling Regulatory Authority.
The site gives no betting tips, no legal advice and no opinion on individual operators. Messages asking for those will not get a useful answer.
No promise on reply times
There is no promise of a reply within any set period, and some messages may get no reply at all. That is an honest description of a new site with no published support desk.
If the matter is urgent
For a gambling problem, do not wait for an email from a website. The regulator's line is GRA toll-free 0800-723-770, and the steps for limits and self-exclusion are on the responsible gambling page.
